2.     Existing or old passport
3.     Two copies of visa page and data page
in your passport
4.     Passport renewal fee of 240 AED

Step 1: Online Appointment:

Applicant will require an account to
access the service, once logged in and completed the appointment, you will get
the confirmation email similar to the image showing below.

Please book your appointment 8 – 10 months
prior to the expiration of your passport with the exception of the following:

A.    Children under 12 years of age or
below
B.    Senior citizens (60 years old or
above)
C.    Visibly pregnant women
D.    People with special needs

Step 2: Fill the Passport Renewal

Step 3: Visit Consulate or Embassy:

Once you have downloaded, filled the application
form and arranged the above required documents, visit the Philippine consulate
Dubai or embassy located in Abu Dhabi for the submission of your documents, try
to reach 15 minutes ahead of the schedule date.

Step 4: Collection of your Passport:

The collection time after submitting
the Philippine passport application form is 6 – 12 weeks, please follow below
instructions to claim your passport:

1.     Proceed to passport releasing section
2.     Put claim stub on the tray and wait
for your name announcement.
3.     Submit old passport for cancellation
stamp with original receipt
4.     Get passport, check personal details
on new passport such as your full name, dob, place of birth, passport number
etc

5.     Sign on pad to acknowledge receiving
of new passport.  
If applicant cannot collect his/her passport
by itself, the authorized immediate family members such as father, mother, brother,
sister, spouse, son or daughter can collect the passport by showing:

Important Points:

If you are not
serious to go on the appointed date, cancel your appointment by sending email
to dubaipcg.epptappointment@pcgdubai.ae
before 5 days of your scheduled appointment, it will definitely help kabayans

Unclaimed passports
after 6 months from the date of issuance will be cancelled and disposed of as
per department order No. 37-03.

·      
All passports are
printed in the Philippines with validity of 10 years for adults and 5 years for
minors.
