- India
- Indonesia
- Iraq
- Jordan
- Morocco
- Nigeria
- Sudan

Citizens of affected countries are still eligible to apply for a single-entry visa, however, based on our experience, processing times for single-entry visas may be longer as it’s not the online application, you need to submit documents through nearest Saudi Embassy and in some cases, applications may be rejected, especially during the Hajj season.
The change, which took effect on February 1, 2025, aims to curb illegal Hajj participation. Saudi Arabia Authorities say some individuals were using long-term visit visas to bypass the official pilgrimage quota system.
This Multiple-entry visit visa was famous for Umrah especially during Ramadan. The suspension seems temporary due to high number of Umrah and hajj application, it might start again after Hajj 2025.
