Update on UAE Visa on Arrival for Indian Nationals and their families

The UAE has broadened their visa waiver program, introducing UAE Visa on Arrival for Indian Nationals, allowing Indians and their families holding regular passports to benefit greatly. The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security (ICP UAE) announced that Indian passport holders with valid residency permits from Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada will also now benefit from this initiative.

UAE Visa on Arrival for Indian Nationals

Effective February 13 this year, the new regulations will allow Indian passport holders to enter the UAE with valid visas, residency permits, or green cards from six additional countries, expanding the previous list that included the United States, United Kingdom and European Union nations.

Upon arrival, these individuals will receive entry visas at all approved entry points in the UAE, provided their passports have a minimum validity of six months and applicable fees are paid according to the country’s regulations.

Visa Cost:

According to ICP UAE, the fee for issuing a 14-day entry visa for Indian nationals and their family members holding regular passports with valid visas, residence permits, or green cards from the above-mentioned 6 countries is AED 100. The fee for extending the visa for another 14 days is AED 250. The fee for issuing a 60-day visa is AED 250.

  • With a 30 Day, Single Entry Visa you can save up-to 200 AED.
  • With a 60 Day, Single Entry Visa you can save up-to 300 AED.

All Non-Visa holder Applicants apply either through ICP Smart Services or the GDRFA Dubai Official Sites, based on their preferences.
